Adult Day  Services

  

Provides supervision and activites for elderly and people with disabilities, who may be frail or isolated.

Alzheimer's Adult Day Program

Assisted Bathing

Brain Injury Program

Community Employment Programs

  

Your Abilities - Their Needs - We Make It Happen!  We specialize in facilitating a successful match between employer and job applicant; and function as a communication bridge during the screening process, hire, and up to 90 days post hire. Click here for a printable fact sheet.

  

Disability Navigator

Organizational Employment

  

Our Work Emphasis and Extended Employment, and Programs provide compensated, sheltered employment to persons with disabilities.  Vocational counseling and case management are available to maximize an individual's potential and enhance their overall community life.  Click here for a printable fact sheet.

  

Rehabilitative Therapies

  

Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, as well as related assessments, available on-site.  Therapy services are under contract with Rehab Resources.

  

Senior Aides Program

Wraparound

Dementia Care Coordination

   Our Dementia Care Coordinator is your resource and support while caring for someone with Alzheimer's Disease or an other form of dementia.  The Coordinator can help with every concern, from installing grab bars in the bathroom, to organizing legal and financial affairs, even simply offering suggestions for handling difficult behaviors, or providing you - the caregiver - emotional support.
